Elizabeth was queen regnant of England and Ireland from 17th November 1558, until her death. She was born on the 7th of September 1533, and died on March the 24th of 1603. Elizabeth was the fifth and last monarch of the Tudor dynasty. She is considered to be the greatest monarch in English history. When she began to rule in 1558, she was 25 years old, a survivor of scandal and danger, and considered illegitimate by most Europeans. Elizabeth inherited a bankrupt nation, torn by religious discord, a weakened pawn between the great powers of France and Spain. Elizabeth I was only the third queen to rule England in her own right. Her supporters believed her position dangerous and uncertain. Her only hope, they counseled was to marry quickly and lean upon her husband for support, but she had different ideas. Elizabeth ruled alone for nearly half a century, lending her name to a glorius epoch in world history. Her sense of duty admirable, thought it came at great personal cost. Only a few years after her death in 1603, they lamented her passing. In her greatest speech to Parliament, she told them: "I count the glory of my crown that I have reigned with your love". Five centuries later, the worldwide love affair with Elizabeth Tudor continues.

- Hi Elizabeth!
+ Hello!
- How are you, my majesty?
+ Well, fine, a little bit tired. How about you?
- I'm fine, a little bit tired also. Well, i would like to ask you some questions, would you mind to?
+ Ohh, that's OK!
- Are you going to stop ruling? Are you quiting?
+ Oh, no, that's horrible, of course not. If I could, I would reign till my death.
- Do you know that you are the best queen of England, don't you? What do you think abouth that?
+ Yes, I do. In my opinion, that's great, but, sometimes I ask myself how do normal people feel, their thinkings, all that staff... Sometimes I would like to be normal, to make life more difficult, not that easy... That is the trick.
- That's cool, I agree with you. And, do you mind the opinion of your suporters? I mean, do you mind what they think about your position? We are hearing a lot of whisperings about that, what do you think?
+ Mmm, no, they consider me illegitime, and my position dangerous, but I don't mind, I mean, they can think what they want to.
- How do you feel about ruling in your own right?
+ That's the part that I like most in all this of ruling. It's like you do what you want, where you want and whenever you want.
- Elizabeth, it has been a pleasure, and thank you, really. Bye!
+ Oh, same to you! Thanks a lot. Bye bye!
